FAQs

Admission includes all scheduled events and sessions, as well as all customary meals that would occur throughout the duration of the event. Lodging accommodations are not included for multi-day events.
The CM Network will recommend a nearby hotel, but attendees are welcome to find accommodations anywhere.
Refunds of up to 50% are available up to 30 days before the event. If sudden, unavoidable situations arise that prevent a member's attendance, their event ticket may be transferred to a later event of similar or lesser value.
Spouses may attend, but an additional fee will be charged to cover their attendance and meals. Please indicate upon registration whether or not a spouse will be joining you.
