Community Minister Research
Seeking the current statistics, responsibilities, and effectiveness of outreach leaders across America.
Why Research Community Ministers?
Community Ministers can be found all across America, but they look as different as the communities they serve. Still, their fundamental mission is the same:
Inspire congregations to bring about meaningful change in their community through Christ-like service!
By knowing more about WHO these people are, WHAT they do, and the STRUGGLES they face, churches everywhere can be better equipped to support their CMs and effectively reach their communities.
Who is a Community Minister?
A Community Minister is a committed Christ-follower who:
Works to connect local churches and non-profit organizations to meet the needs of their community
Holds a full-time, part-time, or volunteer position that is connected with a church or a non-profit.
Possesses a title like: Local Missions Pastor, Outreach Director, Community Impact Coordinator, Etc.
Bottom Line: CMs care about seeing Christ followers live on mission by serving the people in their own backyard!
If that sounds like you…
